By placing an order through this website you are in fact paying for commissioned work done by me for you as a paid service; In which I print, assemble and complete for you an otherwise FREE 3D model or one provided to me by you for the purpose of commissioned work.

These models are not toys. They are not marketed to children. Many have small pieces which may pose a choking hazard for children. They should be not 'played with' without an adult present.

That said, there is collection of user/customer usage data and transaction information in the operation of this website. This information is shared with Ecwid (the paid e-commerce solution), Paypal (the payment processor) and Facebook Pixel (the tracking and analytic data provider). To the best of my knowledge, your personal information (and mine) is kept secure by various safeguards and is never shared outside of the companies mentioned.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
I accept and prefer PayPal for ALL transactions. This is to better protect my customers and fans against fraud and to better serve my customers and fans in a timely fashion.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Domestic Shipping options include UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.
Shipping of multiple items will be combined whenever possible.
ALL shipments are INSURED.
International Shipping options include UPS Expedited, USPS Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International.
Restricted Shipping Locations: I DO NOT ship to The Russian Federation. This is due to an increased risk of damaged or lost packages sent to this location. I apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURN POLICY - REPAIR / EXCHANGE / REFUND:
PLEASE CONTACT ME as soon as possible if there is a problem with your purchase.
If there is an issue/problem with your purchase you must contact me within 30 days of receipt.
In the event that your item is damaged during shipping. It is your responsibility to contact me as soon as possible. Once I have been contacted, I will first offer to repair the item free of charge. If this is not acceptable, then I may offer to exchange the item or offer a complete refund for the item.
In order for me to repair/exchange/refund an item, it MUST be mailed back to me first! Tracking data is also required on the return shipment. It is preferred that the item be returned in the same package/box that it arrived in. However, if the original package/box is too damaged to be reused, please package as well as possible in another package/box. All returns must be returned in the same condition that they arrived in. (Note: Return postage is at buyer's expense.)
In the event that an item is lost in the mail (and can be confirmed to be lost by the shipping carrier), I will issue a refund. (After attempts to locate the item and/or redirect the item to the buyer have been completed.)
Damage caused on purpose or with malicious intent will not be repaired and will void this return policy agreement.
All communications regarding returns should be sent via email, Facebook or Instagram messenger.
UNDAMAGED RETURNS POLICY:
As a courtesy, I will accept any and all undamaged items returned to me. However, there is a 20% restock fee on all returns of this type! (Note: Return postage is at buyer's expense.)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any purposeful/malicious damage caused to an item for the purpose
of returning as "damaged" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and NO REFUND will be issued.
Furthermore, legal action may be taken where as fines or fees may be incurred.
