We accept and prefer PayPal for ALL transactions.  This is to better protect our customers against fraud and to better serve our customers in a
timely fashion.  All orders are processed within 1 business day.

IIMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

* Domestic Shipping is available via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

* Shipping will be combined whenever possible.

* ALL shipments are INSURED.

* International shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Priority Mail Express International.

*** We DO NOT ship to the countries of Germany or Russia.  This is due to an increased risk of damaged or lost packages sent to this
locations.  We apologies for any inconvenience.

RETURN POLICY - REPAIR / EXCHANGE / REFUND:
PLEASE CONTACT US as soon as possible if there is a problem with your purchase.
1) If there is an issue/problem with your purchase you must contact us within 30 days of receipt.
2) In the event that your item is damaged during shipping. It is your responsibility to contact us as soon as possible.  Once we have
been contacted, we will first offer to repair the item free of charge.  If this is not acceptable, then we will offer to exchange the item if
another one is available and in stock.  If this is not acceptable or possible, then we will offer a complete refund for the item.
3) In order for us to repair/exchange/refund an item, it MUST be mailed back to us first! Tracking data is also required on the return
shipment. It is preferred that the item be returned in the same package/box that it arrived in. However, if the original package/box is
too damaged to be reused, please package as well as possible in another package/box. All returns must be returned in the same
condition that they arrived in. (Note: Return postage is at buyer's expense.)
4) In the event that an item is lost in the mail (and can be confirmed to be lost by the shipping carrier), we will issue a refund. (After
attempts to locate the item and/or redirect the item to the buyer have been completed.)
5) Damage caused on purpose or with malicious intent will not be repaired and will void this return policy agreement.
6) All communications regarding returns should be sent via email at contact@triple-fictionproductions.net


UNDAMAGED RETURNS POLICY:

As a courtesy, we will accept any and all undamaged items returned to us. However, there is a 20% restock fee on all returns of this type!

Triple-Fiction Productions is a North Florida based Independent Film Company (Est. 2008), located in Lake City, FL 32024.

We have been privileged to produce a number of Star Trek® Inspired fan-series & mini-series. In addition we have been producing props for other
film makers and film companies since 2010.

Note from the producer... The props we create at Triple-Fiction Productions, are developed with Independent Film & Fan-Film
Creators/Producers in mind.  That said, we are also proud to supply props to the various Cosplay communities, as well as memorabilia
collectors.  So it's with the mindset in knowing that our props will be handled often and used frequently, that we have designed them to handle
the standard use that comes from being on a film set or carried around a convention venue.  They are constructed to handle 'most' drops/falls,
moisture, and accidents which sometimes occur during the filming process or over a long weekend at a convention.  They are produced at a
lower cost of comparable props and offered at an equally lower MSRP.  It is because of our lower prices and durable products, that our
